Exchanges and Returns

  • Product Exchange and Return Policy

    Exchanges and returns for orders made through the DROPE online store are accepted within a period of 15 consecutive days (this period starts from the moment the carrier delivers the order to the customer or a third party, excluding the carrier, indicated by the customer). It is mandatory that the items be returned in the same condition as they were sent, with their respective tags, packaging, and, if applicable, original documents and accessories. If the product does not meet all these requirements or has been altered, washed, used, has odors, or is in any way damaged due to misuse, the exchange or return will be refused.

    In the event that the customer wishes to return the item, they may choose a store credit voucher (valid for 2 years) to use in our online store or receive a refund for the amount, after the product(s) are received back, which will be processed within a maximum of 15 consecutive days, through the same payment method.

    We do not accept exchanges or returns of individual items for a different model, as we only sell the complete set.

    The shipping costs for returning or exchanging items are the responsibility of the customer, unless there are exceptions (order error or defective item). However, the subsequent shipping of the exchanged item will be covered by the brand.

    DROPE is not responsible for the misuse of its items or improper washing. We recommend following the care instructions in the “Care and Maintenance” section.


  • Exchange Procedure

    To make a return, you have 15 consecutive days from the receipt of your order. Simply go to your "CUSTOMER AREA" and mention that you wish to exchange the item. Then, send the item you want to exchange to the sender's address, along with your name and order number written inside.

    In case of an exchange, you can exchange it for the same model (you can change the color), exchanging only the size, as long as the bikini is of the same value.

    If you wish to exchange for a different model or one of a different value, you will need to return the item and make a new purchase on the Site.

    We do not accept exchanges or returns of individual items for a different model, as we only sell the complete set.

    Please remember that returned items must be accompanied by their original accessories, as mentioned above.

    Regarding exchanges to non-EU countries, DROPE is not responsible for delays or costs associated with customs, as these are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Returns Procedure

    To make a return, you have 15 consecutive days from the receipt of the order to send the complete set to the return address.

    You must go to your Customer Area to initiate the return process and then send it to our address, indicating the Name and Order Number inside the package.

    The refund will be processed within 10 business days from the receipt of the order at our facilities, using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.

    Please remember that returned items must be accompanied by their original accessories, as mentioned above.

    The costs associated with sending the order to our facilities are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Commercial Awards and Raffles

    The commercial prizes and giveaways given through our social media are exempt from commercial value and any type of warranty. Exchanges and returns are not accepted.
